Call Golden Tours and advise them that you have the Europe Travel Pass. Book your trips and advise your credit card. The Europe Travel Pass discounts do not apply if tours are booked and paid for on the operator's own Internet site.

Cancellation fees for advance bookings:
Full and half-day coach tours: Full refund if informed 24 hours or more prior to departure. Otherwise no refund.
Sightseeing tours by train: Once booked no refund is available. Purchase insurance from your travel agent.
