that you have the Europe Travel Pass. Make your reservations.
Pay at their office (map on web site) by credit card or cash.
In advance
Email CAF Tours and Travel via the direct email link indicating that you have the Europe Travel Pass. Then reconfirm your tour upon arrival Florence. This will ensure that you receive the full discount.
