Prague Safety Notes
For the high tourist season in Prague the municipal police have established a special team called "The Royal Mile." The team will guard the main tourist center. From 10:00 AM until midnight police officers will operate on a road connecting Wenceslas Square with the Prague Castle via the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Their main focus will be on pickpockets and money exchange fraud. They will also offer maps of Prague, first aid and...water for your dog! It's a great effort to make life for Prague's many visitors a lot more pleasant.
